I'm Farwa, a designer who made the leap from crafting buildings to shaping digital experiences. With a heart fueled by human-centric fascination, I originally honed my skills in Architecture during my undergrad. However, destiny led me to the vibrant Bay Area a few years back, and I found myself rethinking my career path. That's when I discovered UX Design.

I was amazed by the parallels between architecture and digital design, both disciplines require a deep understanding of human behavior and an eye for detail. It's more like a secret language that only a few can decode and I knew I had found my true calling.

I recently redesigned Loads Runner, a trucking dispatch platform. Leading the entire design process, starting from research and analysis to creating wireframes, and developing prototypes. This redesign not only streamlined workflows but also boosted user satisfaction and significantly increased revenue during the soft launch. It was a rewarding experience that showcased the power of thoughtful, user-centric design. This project helped me grow as a designer; it will always have a special place in my heart.

I also had the incredible opportunity to learn the ropes as an apprentice at Supportlogic, a forward-thinking deep-tech startup at the forefront of AI and ML in the world of customer support solutions. With the guidance of experienced mentors, I immersed myself in the world of UX, blending my curiosity with practical, hands-on experience. I got to understand how SaaS products work for the first time in SL. It was an exciting experience.

When not designing, my camera captures life's essence, whether exploring new places or cherishing moments with my daughter, family, and friends. Hosting parties and cooking food is a big part of my life. With all of this, tennis helps me detox and relax.

Thank you for reading about my journey - let's get in touch and create something amazing together!
